Aaron “A.J.” Farewell, originally from Columbus, OH, and currently based in Atlanta, GA, is a dynamic and results-driven administrator committed to empowering Black Americans and addressing the lasting impacts of systemic legal injustices. Serving under the founder of the Back to Africa (B.T.A.) Foundation, A.J. oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and program development, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and measurable impact across all projects.

With a strong background in management and the music industry, A.J. previously co-founded 215 Entertainment, where he honed his skills in talent development, project coordination, and business operations. His experience as Assistant Store Manager at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers further refined his expertise in team leadership, organizational efficiency, and client relations. Leveraging this experience, he founded Fare-Management, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to guiding entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses and creating generational wealth for families.

At B.T.A. Foundation, A.J.’s responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, managing operational workflows, coordinating music and cultural initiatives, and supporting the foundation’s mission to educate, empower, and uplift Indigenous Black American communities. Known for his strategic vision, organizational acumen, and unwavering dedication, A.J. works tirelessly to advance the foundation’s goals while fostering opportunities for long-term community impact.

Jessica Veale, a native of New Jersey, is a trailblazing visionary, bestselling author, and devoted servant-leader whose personal journey reflects resilience, faith, and transformation. Rooted in her professional background in nursing, Jessica has become a passionate advocate for mental health wellness, healing, empowerment, and unity within the body of Christ.  Her testimony stands as a living witness to the restorative power of faith in Jesus Christ, endurance through trials, and the sustaining grace of God.

As a five-time bestselling author, speaker, and host of the faith-based podcast True Testimony Unveiled Radio, Jessica has established herself as a trusted voice in spiritual development, mental health wellness advocacy, and personal growth. She is also the founder of Unity Empowered Ministries, inspired by Psalms 133:1, where she collaborates with emerging leaders to build unity and bring transformative change to individuals and communities.

In her role as Administrator of the Back to Africa (B.T.A.) Foundation, Jessica serves alongside the founder with a steadfast commitment to excellence, organization, and integrity. She manages administrative operations, supports program development, and ensures clear communication across leadership and community initiatives. Known for her keen attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and dedication to empowering others, Jessica provides the structure and support necessary to carry out the foundation’s vision. Her leadership is marked by compassion, discipline, and the ability to balance vision with practical execution—qualities that make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
